Hitch Up (I'm So Stupid) - Jesus Candy
Guitar
I gotta say that this song is really a breath of fresh air, and just the name "Jesus Candy" is awesome by itself. The guitar piece reminds me a lot of the songs on Guitar Hero 2. Yeah, most of the song is pretty straightforward, but then a crazy fast section in the solo comes out of nowhere and will break the streak of even the best players without practice. Back in the days of GH2, even the piss-easy songs had a solo that made the song fun. Easy songs in GH and RB games nowadays means four minutes of chords, so it's nice to have an easy song that experienced players won't be falling asleep too. - vVv Brock

Drums
“And I’m so stupid, for not realizing to pick this song up sooner. And I’m so blind, for not knowing how much fun this song is.” O.K. enough quoting lyrics then changing them to be humorously not-so-funny for myself, but I speak the truth with them. You might think this is a dull rock n’ roll song on drums without much out of the ordinary, and you would be right for the most part. It follows a simple rock pattern that doesn’t change up for the entire first half of the song.
Now, the second half is the part that gets interesting. The drummer decides to play some off-beat fast tom rolls all around his kit. The bass drum keeps playing a steady quarter note beat, but every tom roll is different from the last, and this swaps between the main pattern for the entire second half of the song. It’s pretty difficult to keep combo on if you’re not careful, but it’s a ton of fun to play, and you’d be crazy to not pick this song up. - vVv HellAshes

Bass
I went into this song expecting the usual, boring, string of eighth notes that always seems to come with these punk-type songs. I was sort of right, as it's not the most engaging bass chart you'll ever play, but it's a lot better than I was expecting. Instead of constant eighths, the main pattern is syncopated, which is always a plus. Every once in a while, a pattern is thrown in that strays from the usual, keeping you on your toes. Overall, it's really not all that hard, but it's a good enough track where you won't really be complaining if you end up stuck on bass when playing with your friends. - vVv GanonMetroid

Vocals
As much as I love Jesus Candy and its lead singer, I must admit that the vocals section of this song were not very challenging at all. The song is mostly 5 notes and incredibly repetitive. Those notes are all in the same octave as well which will make this song easy even for beginners to try out. Don’t get me wrong here, it’s a good song to sing, just not challenging enough for the hardcore players out there. If you love Jesus Candy thou, get this song! - vVv Tobias911
